1. Design & Dimensions:

• As per the approved 2D/3D design layout.
• Custom dimensions to suit the wall size and space available.
• Provision for TV mount, set-top box, gaming console, speakers, and décor elements.

2. Structure & Material:

• Core Material: BWP grade plywood / MDF / HDF (as per specification).
• Finish:
• Laminate / PU paint / Veneer with polish / Acrylic / Membrane finish (as per final selection).
• Back panel with designer laminate/texture/accent material.
• Hardware: Soft-close hinges, telescopic channels, cable management grommets, branded handles (Hettich, Hafele, or equivalent).

3. Storage Configuration:

• Open shelves, drawers, and cabinets as per design.
• Adequate space for electronics and accessories.
• Provision for concealed wiring and ventilation for equipment.

4. Electrical & Accessories Provisioning:

• Cut-outs and conduits for power sockets, HDMI, antenna, internet, etc.
• LED strip lighting (optional) in display shelves or back panel – warm white / RGB.

5. Installation & Finishing:

• Leveling, alignment, and anchoring as per site conditions.
• All exposed edges to be edge-banded or finished.
• Final inspection and client approval after completion.
